Shipping & Return Policy
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and following the recommendations of public health authorities on handling of food items, we are not accepting returns until further notice. If you have concerns about the quality or integrity of the product you received, received the wrong order, or your product was damaged in transit, please reach out to us at (email) within two weeks of your purchase, and we will be happy to replace your purchase or offer you a refund, minus shipping costs.
When contacting us for refunds or replacements, please share with us the invoice for your purchase, and images of the defective or damaged product, including the label clearly showing the name of the product and packaging date (on back).
We ship directly from our micro-roasting shop in Heredia, Costa Rica. To ensure the freshness and quality of our product, we roast on Tuesdays and ship on Thursdays (except when Thursday is a public holiday, in which case product will be shipped on the following business day).
How do you calculate shipping costs?
We ship through DHL for a flat rate of $12 to anywhere in the continental US, for packages up to 11 Lb (5kg), including weight of packaging.
Because of local restrictions, orders larger than 11Lb (5kg) will be have to be processed as split into separate orders.
When can I expect my delivery? Delivery times are 3-7 business days depending on destination. Please remember that we only ship on Thursdays.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we currently only ship to the continental U.S. We are working on expanding delivery to Canada and other destinations.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an automated text message from DHL with your tracking number as soon as your order is picked up for delivery. DHL may also send you updates about approximate time and date of delivery.
